At Columbia Center for Implants & Periodontics, our doctors and staff deliver state-of-the-art treatment and go the extra mile to assist you in this long-term investment in your oral health and quality of life. Our philosophy of practice is to use as conservative methods as possible to attain treatment goals. The fee for periodontal and dental implant services varies greatly based on the underlying problem, as well as the complexity and length of treatment. Although we do our best to provide an accurate estimate on your first visit, initial treatment or further diagnostics is often required before a final treatment plan can be created. As part of our primary mission to deliver top-quality care, we’re transparent about our payment policies and offer flexible options including financing in Columbia, MD.
For your convenience, payments can be made with cash, personal checks, bank drafts, or credit cards. We accept Discover, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express and offer discounts for upfront cash payments.
We’re in network with a wide range of major dental carriers, including Aetna, Cigna, Delta Dental, Humana, MetLife, United HealthCare, and others. We encourage you to call our office to confirm that we accept your insurance and whether it is in or out of network. While our insurance coordinator works closely with your insurance company to maximize benefits, please keep in mind you’re responsible for fees charged by our practice. This includes deductibles, copayments, and out-of-pocket costs.
As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.
